Drum Theatre has a couple of exceptional opportunities to join our team and be part of an exciting future in Melbourne’s south east. Drum Theatre is located just 30 mins from Melbourne’s CBD and is in the heart of a thriving and diverse metropolitan community and a major urban renewal project creating incredible opportunities for the positioning of a performing arts centre.

Program and Marketing Coordinator We are seeking an experienced full-time Program and Marketing professional with the inspiration and passion to position, present and promote Drum Theatre as a major cultural asset of the City and as the focus for live performances in Greater Dandenong and South-East Metropolitan Melbourne.

The successful applicant will assist the Director, Drum Theatre in the planning, promotion and presentation of all performances and programs at Drum Theatre and ensure all activity is professionally managed and reflects Drum Theatre’s strategic vision, mission and values.

Customer Service Coordinator We are seeking a full-time Customer Service professional with the experience and passion to position Drum Theatre as a venue of choice for functions, events and theatre hire in Greater Dandenong and South-East Metropolitan Melbourne.

The successful applicant will assist clients and customers maximise their experience at Drum Theatre through the provision of excellent project management skills, planning advice, effective customer service and response to customer needs. Reporting to the Director, Drum Theatre, this role is responsible for ensuring Drum Theatre is a venue that delivers high quality Venue, Functions and Events for a range of clients, supported by excellent catering services and outstanding Front of House staff.
