New venue manager role at Cardinia Cultural Centre

Fantastic opportunity exists for the right motivated person to manage Cardinia’s premier regional facility, the Cardinia Cultural Centre located in Pakenham. This outstanding multifunctional venue has stunning lake views, theatre, function spaces, visual arts and café to service a growing region.
You will oversee operation of the CCC including strategic planning, day to day operations, reporting and event management.  You will also develop and implement the business and marketing plan as well as manage the annual budget and supervise the operational staff.
The person we are seeking will have the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, contractors and the public, a strong customer service focus, marketing, business development and venue management experience.
