VAPAC’s next two day professional development meeting on 5 & 6 February, 2019 will take place in the Stage Door Suite at the Arts Centre’s Hamer Hall.
The theme will be around building an understanding with your stakeholders as to the value of the arts not only to your community but also your funders. We will have case studies and a session on communicating with your audiences. The meeting is targeting stakeholders who influence your venue i.e. CEOs, Directors, Board Members etc and they are encouraged to attend the Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday morning sessions.
Following the meeting we will hold a brief info session for venue managers who aren’t familiar with the Showcase Victoria process, and how it relates to the touring being offered in your venue.
