The role
We are seeking an Arts and Culture Engagement Officer to join the Arts and Cultural Development team. Reporting to the Community Arts and Culture Coordinator, your role is to:
- support the Arts and Cultural Development team by coordinating communications, marketing and promotions, and facilitating programs for internal and external stakeholders to achieve social, economic and cultural outcomes.
About you
You will have:
- Experience delivering marketing campaigns and arts activations an advantage,
- Capacity to identify opportunity, generate buy-in and facilitate strategic solutions,
- Ability to demonstrate the City of Kingston’s values of Future Orientated, Accountable, Dynamic, Expert, Community and Celebration,
- Expertise and demonstrated experience in facilitating multifaceted projects on time and within budget, and
- Appropriate academic qualification and/or experience in project management.
