What we look for
We are currently looking for reliable, loyal and hard- working Box Office Team Members to work for us on a casual basis for Karralyka Centre in Ringwood East, Melbourne. Enjoy the flexibility of casual work while working at Karralyka Theatre.
Suitable applicants must have the necessary skills with recent, proven experience working in either a Box office / Ticketing or administration environment to sell and manage tickets and assist with patron enquiries in person and via telephone and email.
Ideal candidates must have the capability and desire to go above & beyond to deliver exceptional Customer Service, be able to multi-task, have a positive can do attitude and flexible approach along with being a part of a team.
As part of our selection process you may be required to have pre-employment checks. (Psychometric Assessment, Medical, CrimCheck and Working with Children Clearance).
