A unique opportunity has arisen to be part of the transformation of our venue. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager familiar with the delivery of civic or cultural infrastructure projects. This role will have senior level coordinating responsibility for the completion of Stage 2 and the design and delivery of Stage 3 of the Centre’s Redevelopment Master Plan. You will be required to liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including Government. As the key day-to-day point of contact for the Centre you will coordinate designers, consultants and builders. You will provide expert advice and report to the CEO, the project governance group and working group. Leading a small internal project team you will model exemplary communication and collaboration with the wider Centre team and all stakeholders

To be successful you will:
• Have a tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction or other relevant discipline and/or equivalent proven skills and experience
• Have overseen large scale capital projects, preferably in the Public Sector
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and foster a sense of team and trust during a period of major change
• Strong leadership and organisational skills with attention to detail
