Colac Otway Shire Council are seeking a Manager for the Colac Otway Performing Arts and Cultural Centre (COPACC) to join the Organisation in a permanent full-time capacity.
As the Manager of the Colac Otway Performing Arts and Cultural Centre (COPACC) you will ensure that Council:
- Contributes to the development of arts and culture within the municipality by responding to the needs of the community and Council in the planning, development and promotion of arts and cultural services.
- Provides a progressive and exciting Performing Arts Centre which fulfils the cultural and historical aspirations of the region.
- Offers a leading regional conference and meeting facility, managing the day-to-day operations of the Centre in a way which maximises economic viability and customer benefits in accordance with programming, marketing and promotional strategies.
- Maintains a positive relationship between Council and the Cinema, Makes Space and the Colac History Centre lessees pursuant to the lease agreements. The Manager COPACC will also identify the need for further agreements and will develop these accordingly.
