Williams Ross Architects is a leading specialist in performing arts, cultural and community facility design. We have designed over 60 theatres in Australia and New Zealand and completed the construction of over 20 theatre buildings in over three decades of practice.
Senior Consultant (former Managing Director), Virginia Ross, is the lead author of Oh You Beautiful Stage, the definitive Australian guide to theatre design, and has lived in performance. It is this experience, knowing the backstage world, that underpins our highly successful theatre design.
Our team have spent hundreds of hours in many different theatres and are passionate about achieving effective cultural community centres.
