As Meat Market’s Presenter Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high quality services, experiences and support for presenters, hirers and suppliers of Meat Market to deliver its safe and optimal use as a cultural venue for creative development and housing of the arts in the municipality.
You will be responsible for coordinating the Presenter experience from the first point of contact to the conclusion of the event, coordinating site visits, contracts and compliance documentation and managing customer relationships to ensure the hirer experience is planned and seamless, providing a high quality of service at all times. In addition, you will support the Venue Manager to develop and implement marketing, communications and promotional materials and activities to attract a diverse mix of presenters and hirers for predominantly arts related activities.
