VAPAC NETWORKS
Technical Managers Network (TMN)
The VAPAC Technical Managers Network (TMN) supports the industry professionals responsible for the safe and efficient running of our theatres. It is a vital peer-driven group that provides ongoing professional development for technical and operational staff, meeting in-person three times a year to discuss:
- Venue operations
- Technical advancements and challenges
- Safety
- Mental health and wellbeing
- Training programs
- Staff management and support
Technical staff are the lifeblood of our industry, and the TMN plays an important role in connecting staff from venues across the state to share their knowledge and skills.
