Ticketing, Customer Service & Events Manager

$50K-$55K pro rata

Gasworks Arts Park is seeking to recruit a Ticketing, Customer Service & Events Manager.

We are looking for a vibrant and positive person with hospitality / functions experience and recent experience supervising staff.

Experience in Food and Beverage service and/or knowledge of the Sabo ticketing system will be highly regarded
This role supervises two ongoing staff and a number of casual staff in the customer service team. The purpose of the position is to manage the end-to-end ticketing process for all ticketed activities, manage event hire, simple food and beverage service and to manage the customer service staff and systems.
The Ticketing and Customer Service Manager will work Tuesday to Saturday afternoons (26.25 hours or 0.7 EFT) plus any casual evening shifts as they arise. Weekends will be taken on Sunday and Monday. Work locations will include the box office, administration office, theatres. Some outdoor work will be required during functions and events.
