The Clocktower Centre is seeking a Venue Operations Assistant to provide general and administrative support in supervising and coordinating a professional customer service-driven front of house team.
Under the direction of the Team Leader – Venue Operations, this position will assist with liaising and negotiating with Clients and Hirers of the Clocktower Centre to ensure the smooth-running of their functions, events and performances.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in event management, preferably in the performing arts, combined with experience in supervising a team of casual staff, and the ability to provide friendly, focussed and flexible customer service. This position will suit an individual with availability to work rostered shifts between 7am and midnight, Monday to Sunday.
